  • Most small business computer systems have absolutely no Disaster Recovery strategy. All computer systems are vulnerable to a diverse range of potentially disastrous scenarios that result in hardware failure, operating system corruption or application software failure. This can result from power failure, virus infection and inadvertent or malicious operator activity.

  • Many businesses utilise out-dated and unreliable computer hardware which causes inconvenience and a significant cost to the business due to downtime and on-going maintenance effort. Well setup and maintained computer systems typically have a life of 5-7 years but poorly configured systems typically last significantly only 2 to 3 years before requiring a rebuild.
